摘要 给出了塞贝克系数和电阻率测量设备的搭建方法,详述了其测量原理、设计的具体装置、数据采集和处理程序工作流程,并通过对不同样品的测量验证了该设备的测量精度.该设备用的控制程序是基于自主开发的LabMeasure测量控制软件平台,使用Pascal script语言编程.该设备具有搭建容易、操作简便、测量时间短、测量精度较高等特点. The principle, setup, and data acquisition and processing procedure of a Seebeck coeffi cient and resistivity measurement system were described. The accuracy of this equipment was con firmed after measuring different samples. The data acquisition program was based on selfdeveloped LabMeasure software using Pascal script programming language. The equipment was easy to build and control, the measurement time was short but the accuracy was high.
