摘要
目的研究癌-睾丸抗原GAGE-1基因mRNA在QGY-7701肝癌细胞株中的表达情况。方法运用反转录聚合酶链反应技术检测肝癌细胞株QGY-7701中GAGE-1基因mRNA的表达,并与正常肝组织比较。结果肝癌细胞株QGY-7701中GAGE-1基因呈阳性表达,正常肝组织中GAGE-1基因呈阴性表达。结论 GAGE-1基因具有作为诊断肝癌的分子标记和免疫治疗肝癌的特异性靶位的潜在价值。
Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of cancer-testis antigen GAGE-1 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) cell line QGY-7701. Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to test the mRNA expression of HCC cell line QGY-7701 which was compared with that of normal liver tissue. Results GAGE-1 gene mRNA was of positive expression in HCC cell line QGY-7701 but of negative expression in normal liver tissue. Conclusion GAGE-1 gene can be used as molecular markers for early diagnosis and possible targets for immunotherapy of human HCC.
