摘要
以丙烯酸酯/苯乙烯共聚物中空微球作为聚硫密封剂的填料,考查微球性能和用量对密封剂性能的影响。试验结果表明,微球形貌规整,具有良好的耐热性。随着微球用量的增加,聚硫密封剂密度降低,黏度增大,室温硫化后拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和硬度均增大,耐热空气老化后拉伸性能也有增大趋势。
The effects of the properties and content ofpoly(styrene-co-acrylate) hollow microspheres as the filler on the properties of polysulfide sealants were investigated.The results showed that the morphology of microspheres is regular and the microspheres have outstanding thermal stability.With the increase of microspheres content,the viscosity,the hardness,tensile strength and elongation at break,as well as the tensile properties after hot air aging for the room temperature vulcanized polysulfide sealant were increased,and the density was decreased.
