摘要 目的寻求采用短程免疫制备实验用溶血素(兔抗绵羊红细胞抗体)的较佳方法。方法采用3%的脱纤维绵羊红细胞(SRBC),分别用连续5次注射的短程免疫和间隔一周注射的长程免疫方法,经耳缘静脉免疫家兔,用补体溶血实验检测两种免疫方法所制备溶血素的效价。结果短程免疫组溶血素效价为1∶200,长程免疫组溶血素效价为1∶800。结论采用高浓度的SRBC及合理搭配免疫间隔时间和次数的短程免疫程序是制备实验用溶血素的较佳方法。 Objective To explore a better method of preparing hemolysin( Rabbit Anti Sheep Red Blood Ceils Antibody) to meet its experimental teaching needs. Methods By the means of short-term(5 times with continuous injection) and long-term immunization method (one time with interval of one week) respectively, rabbits were immunized with 3% acellular fiber SRBC through auricular vein. To de- tect and compare the prepared hemolysin titer by the two means, the complement hemolysis test was a- dopted. Results The hemolysin titer of the short-term immunization group was 1:200, and of the long- term immunization group was 1:800. Conclusion The short-term immunization method, which adopts higher titer SRBC and reasonable immunization interval and immunization times, is the better immune procedure for the preparation of hemolysin used for experimental teaching.
