摘要 基于能量回馈单元应用的节能改造工程中,出现能量回馈单元故障、损坏而影响整个传动系统使用的现实情况。结合能量回馈单元应用的典型工况,分析了失效原因之一——IGBT功率周次的影响。结合设计经验,提出匹配好电机加减速时间、优化储能元件参数等优化可靠性方案。通过实际现场应用的检验,以上优化方案得到了很好的验证。 The power feedback unit Ps applications in the projects was illustrated, the power feedback unit's failure causes the whole drive system down.The failure causes--IGBT power cycling number was analyzed, combined with its typical application. The improvements according to the design experience: to choose the right speed change rate, to choose the suitable energy storing components were proposed. The practice field application verifies such improvements.
