壳聚糖对肉牛血液生化指标及后肠道菌群的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究壳聚糖(Chitosan,CHI)对肉牛血液生化指标及后肠道菌群的影响。选择体重、月龄接近,健康无病的24头西门塔尔育肥公牛,随机分为3个日粮处理组,每组8头牛。3组日粮分别是在基础日粮中添加0、500、1 000 mg/kg的壳聚糖配制而成。饲养试验分前、中、后3期,每期28 d,共84 d。结果表明:日粮添加1 000 mg/kg壳聚糖可使肉牛血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及钙含量有所降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、HDL-C/TC比值、HDL-C/LDL-C比值及磷含量有所升高;日粮壳聚糖使肉牛血清中ACTH水平有所降低,GH和IGF-I有所升高;500 mg/kg壳聚糖对肉牛后肠道乳酸菌增殖有显著的促进作用(P<0.05)。试验结果提示,适量的壳聚糖可降低肉牛血脂,对血液生化指标有一定的影响;也可降低ACTH水平,缓解肉牛应激状态;还可增加有益菌数量,改善肉牛后肠道微生态环境。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of chitosan (CHI) on biochemical indices in serum and hindgut microfloral concentration in beef cattle. A total of 24 fattening Simmental cattle with similar body wei ments with eight replicates including t and age were randomly assigned to three dietary treat- basal diet (control), 2 diets with CHI supplementation (500 and 1000 mg/kg, respectively). The feeding trial lasted for 84 days, which consists of three periods, 28 days each. The results showed that the supplementation of 1000 mg/kg CHL in diet could decrease triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and calcium (Ca), and increase high density lipoprotein-eholesterol (HDI,-C), HDL-C/ TC, HDL-C/LDL-C and phosphor (P) concentration in serum; dietary CHI could decrease the concentration of ACTH in serum; the supplementation of CHI in diet improved (P〈0.05) [aeto- bacilli population in rectum of beef cattle. These results suggested that CHI could decrease serum fat and affect biochemical indexes in serum in beef cattle, decrease the serum level of ACTH in beef cattle to alleviate stress, and increase the population of Lactobacilli, thus improve intestinal microflora in beef cattle.
