琅琊山铜矿选铁工艺的优化分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对琅琊山铜矿铁回收率逐年降低,对选铁工艺进行分析。通过回收率与原矿品位、尾矿品位的相关分析对琅琊山铜矿选铁工艺进行了综合分析,相关分析结果表明选铁工艺条件不稳定,有待优化;从磁场强度、矿浆浓度、矿浆粒度、冲洗水压等方面对选铁工艺进行了具体分析考察。试验结果表明:随着磁选机使用时间的延长,粗选、扫选磁选机的磁场强度已经衰减;精选入选矿浆浓度偏低;尾矿中细颗粒含量偏高,可以通过改变这些条件来优化选铁工艺。 Iron beneficiation process is analyzed to cope with for the gradually reduced iron recovery of Mount Langya copper mine. Comprehensive analysis on iron beneficiation process is done based on the correlativity analysis on iron recovery , ore grade and tailing grade. The results of correlativity analysis show that the iron beneficiation process is not stable and needs optimization. Specific surveying is also done on magnetic field intensity, slurry density and granularity, water pressure for washing and so on. The results show that with the extension of magnetic concentration period, field intensity for rough concentration and magnetic scavenging seperation have reduced,the slurry density of cleaning is low and the content of fine particles in the railings is high.
