无钟炉顶布料过程中,节流阀作为料流量大小的控制阀门,其开度影响高炉布料过程的圈数。合理的布料矩阵包括布料角度和布料圈数,当节流阀开度不合适时,会出现圈数过多或过少,影响布料过程中的均匀性。当布料批重发生变化,若要保证布料圈数不变,需调整节流阀开度大小。本文通过对布料过程节流阀开度、布料圈数及批重大小进行测量记录,建立批重、开度和圈数之间的关系式,为实际高炉操作过程中的开度调整提供参考。

The opening of throttle acting as control valve for the material flow impacts the distributing burden rounds of BF in non-bell roof burden distribution process.Reasonable distribution matrix comprises a distribution angle and distribution burden rounds.when the opening of the throttle is not appropriate,the distributing rounds too much or too little will appear,impacting uniformity of distributing process.When the distributing batch weight changes,the opening of the throttle needs adjusting to ensure the distributing rounds unchanged.The batch weight,opening and the rounds were measured,and the relationship between the batch weight,the opening of throttle and the distribution rounds was established to provide reference for the adjustment of the opening in actual operation of blast furnace.
