摘要 介绍密封钢丝绳生产工艺中异型钢丝的生产和异型钢丝层的捻制。给出生产过程控制要点:(1)合理设计异型钢丝断面结构是保障异型钢丝和密封钢丝绳生产的关键。(2)通过全模拉生产方式,可以得到性能稳定、断面尺寸精确的异型钢丝。(3)在拉拔过程中,拉丝模定位、水冷、润滑、拉拔速度是保障异型钢丝优异性能的关键,需保证各道次出线温度在120℃以内。(4)在捻制异型钢丝层时保证异型钢丝出线方向正确;成绳机工字轮筐篮100%翻身,并加强后变形程度,消除捻制应力。该工艺生产的60U-WSC(1×19)+33Z+31Z+24Z密封钢丝绳抗拉强度为1 600 MPa,其余各项指标均达到YB/T 5295—2010的要求。 To introduce shaped steel wire and lay of shaped steel wire in sealing wire rope production process. The production process control main point is given: (1) to design shaped steel wire sectional structure reasonably is key of ensuring shaped wire and sealing wire rope production, (2)through all die drawing production, shaped steel wire with stable properties and precise sectional size can be produced, (3) in wire drawing process, the wire drawing die position, water cooling, lubrication and drawing speed is to ensure shaped steel wire superior performance, the temperature of each pass steel wire after die is controlled under 120 ℃, (4) to ensure shaped steel wire direction is correct layer when shaped steel wire is laid, closer spool basket 100% turn over and to strengthen post-deformation degree, to eliminate laying stress. The tensile strength of 60U -WSC ( 1 x 19) + 33Z + 31Z + 24Z sealing wire rope produced with the process is 1 600 MPa, other indexes reach requirements of YB/T 5295-2010.
