摘要
捻制紧密是标准对钢丝绳捻制质量的技术要求之一。提高钢丝绳捻制紧密性可考虑:同向捻钢丝绳股应保持适当的加捻应力状态,交互捻钢丝绳股应保持适当的松捻应力状态,大规格同向捻钢丝绳股应优先考虑使用筐篮机捻制;股、绳捻制压线模长度与直径应考虑所捻制股、绳捻距和直径,并尽可能减小压线模间隙;应量化控制钢丝绳中股的螺旋高度与螺旋长度;在合绳工序慎用后矫直器,捻制多层股钢丝绳则更不宜使用;选择相对较大合绳机对提高钢丝绳捻制紧密性总是有益的。
Laying compactness is one of technical requirements of standard on wire rope laying quality. Improving wine rope laying compactness should consider the following: concurrent laying wire rope strand should keep proper adding lnying stress state, interactive wire rope strand should keep proper loosening laying stress state, large specification concurrent laying wire rope strand should consider basket type stranding machine firstly to lay, the length and diameter of line pressing die for strand and wire rope should consider laying pitch and diameter of laying strand and wire rope, to decrease line pressing die gap possibly, the spiral height and spiral length of strand in wire rope should be controlled quantitatively, in layingup process, be careful to use back straightener, it is unsuitable to use while multi layer strand wire rope was laying, it is useful to choose comparatively large closer to improve wire rope laying compactness.
