摘要 对XDC500W/9+BWW305-455干式拉丝机经常出现的失速现象进行分析,发现是控制系统内部和外部故障造成的。针对不同的失速现象,结合原理图找出引起故障的原因:反馈信号断开、反馈机构故障、直流调速器故障、给定积分板故障、模拟量输入模块故障和控制程序设计问题。并就不同问题提出解决措施,给出控制原理图和拉丝机失速故障排查树状图,依此可快速找出问题所在,不仅便于设备维护,还减少故障发生,提高拉丝机利用率。 To analyze stall phenomenon often appearing in XDC500W/9 + BWW305 -455 dry wire drawing machine, and discovered it is due to inner and outer fault of control system. Aiming at different stall phenomenon, combining principle diagram to find out the cause leading to fault: feedback signal broken, feedback mechanism fault, DC speed regulator fault, given integral plate fault, analog quantity input module fault and control program design problem, and aiming at different problem to put forth settling measures. The control principle diagram and wire drawing machine stall fault troubleshooting dendrogram are given, according to those can find out the cause fast, it is not only convenience to maintenance, but also decrease fault to take place, raise wire drawing machine use ratio.
