论屏式过热器集箱出口三通焊缝裂纹的原因及处理

Analysis of the Cracking of Tee Joint Welding of Platen Superheater Header Outlet and Its Treatment Measures

介绍某电厂10号锅炉屏式过热器集箱焊缝裂纹情况,通过对裂纹进行结构、焊接、金相等分析,认为大管三通结构、现场处理工艺不当是裂纹产生的原因,提出合理的修复工艺,并对三通构件的现场适用性和施工工艺提出了建议。

The condition of the cracking of joint welding of the #10 boiler of one power plant is introduced in this paper. Through analyzing the structure, welding and metallographic of the cracking, it is found that the main reasons for the cracking are tee structure and the improper treatment process, then corresponding treatment measures are given.
