摘要
针对江西赣南稀土企业普遍存在稀土萃取过程中给料流量自动化程度较低的状况,提出了以C8051F310单片机为控制器,数字流量阀为执行机构,涡轮流量计为检测装置等为一体的设计方案。设计了按键显示模块、掉电保护模块、步进电机驱动模块、低压电源模块和高压继电器启动模块等硬件电路,实现了包括模糊化、模糊规则及推理和反模糊化的Fuzzy-PID算法的设计。与经典PID相比,Fuzzy-PID控制算法应用于该系统中具有更好的动态性能。
Heavy rare-earth reserved in southern Jiangxi Province are numerous, but rare earth enterprises generally exist low-level automation of the feeding flow in rare earth extraction process. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a scheme with the C8051F310 microcontroller for the controller, the digital flow valve for the actuator, the turbine flow-meter for the detection device. We design the key display module, the power-down protection module, the stepper motor drive module, the low voltage power module and the high voltage relay start module hardwares. We realize the Fuzzy-PID algorithm including the fuzzification, the fuzzy rules and reasoning and the defuzzification. Compared with a classical PID algorithm, the proposed Fuzzy-PID control algorithm can be applied to this system.
