滨江软土地区高地下水位沉井施工关键技术

Key Contrustion Technique for Open Caisson in the Case of Binjiang High Phreatic Line at Mollisol Zone

结合江阴滨江地区软土、高地下水位的特殊情况,以某钢厂料坑设备基础沉井工程为实例,阐述了沉井下沉前的施工准备、制作过程中刃脚支设、井壁制作等细节问题,并对沉井下沉中需注意的问题,以及沉井在下沉中标高测量的控制,沉井封底、沉井在施工过程中常见问题及处理方法进行了分析,为此类工艺在类似地区的使用积累了经验。

Considering the particular conditions of soft soil and underground water level of Jiangjin distrct, based on the real case of a steel company, this article studies construction preparation, the setting of supporting cutting edge during working process and detailed solution to sidewalll production. The caisson construction, control method of level measurements are analyzed during caisson sinking, and sealing end for caisson. This study accumulates some experience for actual applications of this technique in some similar district.
