摘要
我国实行改革开放已三十余年。随着经济体制的不断完善,计划经济的垄断地位已被逐渐打破,在其背景下形成的劳动者一生只与一家用人单位发生劳动关系的局面,即"一重劳动关系"为核心架构起来的就业形式发生了很大的改变,灵活就业越来越受到用人单位与劳动者双方的青睐。然而,灵活就业中的劳动关系与传统的劳动关系相比是不完整的、非标准化的,因此现实中产生了不少的问题。劳动关系多重化现象对劳动者和企业都带来了许多急待解决的问题。本文从分析多重劳动关系的表现形式入手,提出对我国建立多重劳动关系法律法规体系过程中的相关建议,使劳动者的权利得到有效保护。
