滚动轴承式回转支承装置摩擦阻力矩计算的探讨

Discussion of Friction Resistance Torque Calculation for Rolling Bearing Type Slewing Bearings

根据不同结构形式的滚动轴承式回转支承滚子的受力特点,分析了引起摩擦阻力矩的回转支承滚子正压力的计算,并提出了《起重机设计手册》所给出的摩擦阻力矩计算公式在三排滚柱式回转支承上的应用方法。

According to stress characteristics of various structural forms of rolling bearing type slewing bearing roll- ers, positive pressure calculation of slewing bearing roller which caused friction resistance torque has been analyzed, further applying method of the friction resistance torque calculating formula from Crane Design Manual to three-row cy- lindrical roller slewing bearing has been put forward.
