摘要
针对采煤机滚筒在生产中出现的振动现象,利用非线性振动理论,建立了滚筒在变刚度变阻尼下的两自由度非线性振动模型,分析了截割转速变化对滚筒振动的影响。结果表明,合理选择截割转速可以有效的减少滚筒的振动,保证采煤机良好的工作性能和稳定性。
Regarding to vibration phenomenon of coal winning machine spiral drum in operation and by nonlinear vibration theory, twain degree of freedom nonlinear vibration models of spiral drum in terms of changeable stiffness and damping have been established, and effects of various cut rotational speeds on the spiral drum vibration have been ana- lyzed as well. The result showed that reasonable cut rotational speed selection could reduce spiral drum vibration effi- ciently and ensure sound working property and stability of coal winning machine.
