益心定悸方含药血清对人脐静脉内皮细胞VEGF表达影响的研究

Study of Yixin Dingji prescription medicated serum on the expression of VEGF in human umbilical vein endothelial cell

[目的]通过观察益心定悸方对人脐静脉内皮细胞血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响探讨其治疗冠心病快速心律失常的作用机制,同时为临床应用提供客观依据。[方法]用20只雄性Wistar大鼠制备含药血清,将内皮细胞接种在两种血清培养基上,采用免疫组化方法测定VEGF的表达。[结果]含药血清组细胞边界和核结构清晰细胞核颜色深染,正常血清组VEGF仅有微弱表达。[结论]益心定悸方能够明显促进VEGF表达,这可能是本方治疗冠心病快速心律失常的作用机制之一。

[Objective] By observation of Yixin Dingji prescription on human umbilical vein endothelial VEGF expression to explore its treatment of coronary heart disease tachyarrhythmia mechanism and provide an objective basis for clinical application. [Methods] Prepared medieated serumy by 20 male Wistar rats, the endothelial cells were seeded in both serum-free medium. VEGF expression was measured by imnmnohistochemistry. [Results] The medicated serum cell borders and nuclear structure clear nucleus color deeply stained, normal serum group the VEGF only a weak expression. [Conclusion] Yixin Dingji prescription can significantly promote VEGF expression, and it may be one of the mechanisms of treatment in coronary heart disease tachyarrhythmias.
