摘要
鱼体脂肪、蛋白质含量的季节变化是鱼类生物学的一个重要特征,它与洄游、性腺发育、繁殖力、体长等都具有密切的关系,反映了鱼类生活史的不同阶段变化过程。本文根据国内外对鱼类脂肪、蛋白质含量的研究资料,初步阐述了脂肪、蛋白质含量在鱼类洄游、性腺发育、繁殖力等方面所起的作用及机理,指出了研究鱼类能量学对于更好了解鱼类的生物学特征、鱼产品加工业以及制订渔业管理措施等具有重要的意义。
Fish body fat content and protein content vary with the seasonal variation, which is an important character of fish biology. It has a close relationship with migration, gonad development, fecundity, body length and so on, reflecting the changes of different stages in fish life history. Based on foreign and domestic research data on fat content and protein content of fish, the paper gave basic explanation on the mechanism and the important role of fish fat content and protein content playing in the aspect of migration, gonad development, fecundity and so on. It also pointed out that study on fish energetics was significant in better understanding biological characteristics of fish, fish product processing industry and establishing fishery management measures.
