摘要
针对王庄煤矿大采高工作面两巷掘进支护和回采期煤体破碎严重、围岩变形量大、巷道维护困难的情况,综合采用数值模拟和工程实践分析的方法,结合6110工作面地质条件,系统地分析了不同宽度区段煤柱下巷道围岩的应力演化及变形规律,得出了区段煤柱合理宽度为6 m。在此基础上提出了"高强度预应力锚杆配合金属菱形网和双筋梯子梁基本支护、小孔径预应力锚索补强支护、单体液压支柱配合金属铰接顶梁加强支护"的巷道围岩控制技术。实践表明,试验巷道断面完全可以满足回采期间的通风行人要求,巷道维护状况良好,经济社会效益显著。
Aimed at the situation of two lane excavation supportingon,large amount of deformation of surrounding rock and tunnel maintenance difficult in Wangzhuang Coal Mine big mining height working face, comprehensively by the method of numerical simulation and engineering practice, combined with the geological conditions of 6110 face, systematically analyzed the different width segment under coal pillar stress evolution and deformation law of surrounding rock of roadway, the section is obtained reasonable coal pillar width is 6 m. Is proposed on the basis of the high strength prestressed anchor with diamond metal net and double reinforcement ladders basic sup- port, small hole prestressed anchor cable reinforcement beam support and individual hydraulic prop with metal articulated roof beam strengthening supporting of roadway surrounding rock control technology. Practice shows that test roadway cross section can satisfy completely the requirements of ventilation pedestrians during mining, roadway maintenance in good condition, economic and social benefit is remarkable.
