前列地尔联合通心络对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清白细胞介素6和高敏C反应蛋白的影响

THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF THE COMBINED USE OF ALPROSTADIL INJECTION AND TONGXINLUO CAPSULES ON THE LEVELS OF SERUM INTERLEUKIN-6(IL-6) AND HIGH-SENSITIVITY C-REACTIVE PROTEIN(HS-CRP) IN PATIENTS OF UNSTABLE ANGINA PECTORIS(UAP)

目的观察前列地尔注射液联合通心络胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的疗效及对患者血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法选择UAP患者118例,入院后均检测IL-6及hs-CRP,随机选择59例患者为对照组,给予基础抗心绞痛药物治疗,余59例患者为观察组,在基础治疗的基础上加用前列地尔及通心络,14d后对比分析两组临床疗效及IL-6和hs-CRP的变化。结果观察组总有效率为89.9%高于对照组71.2%(P<0.05),两组IL-6及hs-CRP较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.01),观察组两项指标较对照组为低(P<0.01)。结论 IL-6及hs-CRP可反应UAP的严重程度,在基础抗心绞痛药物治疗UAP的基础上加用前列地尔注射液及通心络胶囊能显著提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of the combined use of alprostadil injection and tongxinluo capsules on the levels of serum interleukin-6 （ IL-6 ） and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in patients of unstable angina pectoris（UAP）. Methods 118 patients of UAP were randomly chosen to from the observation group and received the detection of serum IL-6 and hs-CRP, and 59 patients of UAP was randomly chosen to from the control group. Both groups received antianginal drugs, and the observation group was also treated with alprostadil injection and tongxinluo capsules. The changes in serum IL-6 and hs-CRP in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 89.9% and 71.2% respectively（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP in both groups were decreased （ P 〈0.01 ） ,and the levels of IL-6 and hs- CRP were found much lower in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The com- bined use of alprostadil injection, and tongxinluo capsules in addition to the use of antianginal drugs can effectively improve the clinical effect on UAP.
