摘要
目的制作一种烧伤用可调式烤灯护架,探讨其在Ⅱ度烧伤患者中的应用价值。方法选取大面积Ⅱ度需行创面暴露治疗烧伤的患者180例,随机分为常规治疗(对照组)及烧伤烤灯护架辅助治疗(护架组)各90例,观察患者治疗情况并进行比较。结果可调式烧伤烤灯护架可对创面保温或增暖,对暴露创面干燥效果好,能使患者保持所需治疗体位,便于医护操作,使用方便;护架组20d烧伤创面愈合率明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论该可调式烧伤护架烤灯,制作简单,便于温控和医护操作,能预防感染、促进创面愈合,应用效果好,是一种很好的烧伤整形外科辅助治疗工具。
Objective To develop an adjustable protecting-framework roasting lamp in treating burns and to ex- plore its curative effect on second-degree burns. Methods 180 cases of second-degree burn that needed treating in exposed way were randomly divided into the control group （ n = 90） treated with the routine therapy and the protec- ting-framework group （n = 90）. The curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The adjusta- ble protecting-framework roasting lamp could keep the wounds warm and dry and could make the patients maintain their body posture in treatment. The healing rate of the burn wound was significantly higher in the protecting-frame- work group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The adjustable protecting-framework roasting lamp is easy to make and can adjust the temperature of the burn wounds to help heal the raw surface, therefore, it can be used as a tool for adjunctive therapy in plastic surgery.
