纽曼健康系统模式指导下的护理干预对老年痴呆主要照顾者悲伤状况的影响

Influence of nursing intervention under guidance of Newman health system model on sad situation of main caregivers of senile dementia patients

[目的]研究以纽曼健康系统模式为基础的护理干预对老年痴呆主要照顾者悲伤状况的影响。[方法]采用自身对照法对62例老年痴呆主要照顾者进行2个月的护理干预,采用Marwit Meuser照顾者悲伤简表评价照顾者的悲伤程度,比较干预前后照顾者的悲伤程度。[结果]干预后主要照顾者的悲伤简表总评分及各维度评分均低于干预前(P<0.01)。[结论]纽曼健康系统模式指导下的护理干预可降低老年痴呆主要照顾者的悲伤程度。

Objective：To study influence of nursing intervention based on Newman health system model on sad situation of main caregivers of se- nile dementia patients. Methods ： By using self-- control method, primary caregivers of 62 patients with senile dementia received 2 months of nurs- ing intervention, and the Marwit Meuser caregiver grief scale was used for evaluating degree of sadness of caregivers. Results：Total score and all dimension scores of primary caregivers grief scale after intervention were lower than that before intervention （P〈0.01）. Newman health system model under the guidance of nursing intervention can reduce sadness de- gree of primary caregivers of senile dementia patients.
