不同敷料应用于慢性伤口治疗中的效果观察

Observation on effect of different dressings applied in treatment of patients with chronic wound

[目的]观察蜂蜜敷料与功能性敷料应用于慢性伤口中的效果。[方法]将96例慢性伤口病人随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,分别使用蜂蜜敷料、功能性敷料处理伤口,观察两组伤口不同时间面积愈合率、换药时间、伤口2次损伤积分及治疗费用。[结果]观察组病人伤口换药第20天及第30天面积愈合率高于对照组、换药时间快于对照组、治疗费用少于对照组(P均<0.05)。[结论]蜂蜜敷料治疗慢性伤口安全有效、经济适用,效果优于功能性敷料,为临床难愈压疮和手术后感染难愈伤口的处理提供有效方法。

Objective：To observe the effect of honey dressings and function- al dressings applied in chronic wounds. Methods： A total of 96 chronic wound patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each, and the two group of patients respectively used honey dressings and functional dressings to treat wounds, then to observe different time of area healing rate of the wound, dressing time, the wound secondary damage score and treatment costs between both groups. Results： The area healing rate on 20th day and 30th day after wound dressing of ob- servation group patients was higher than that of control group, the dressing time was faster than that in control group, the treatment costs was less than that in control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The effect of honey dressing for treatment of chronic wounds is better than that of functional dressing, and so as to provide effective methods for clinical refractory pres- sure sores and post- operative infection of refractory wound.
