摘要
通过对幼儿家长、幼儿园园长、幼儿教育男教师、学前教育专业男学生四个层面的调查研究,分析幼儿教育男教师入职初期所面临的各种问题,深层次挖掘他们的心理状态。为使幼儿教育男教师更好适应入职初期工作,提出管理策略:在幼儿教育男教师入职前,从招生方式、课程设置、教学组织形式、实践能力培养等方面创新学前教育专业男生培养,探索既符合幼儿园需求,又适宜男性身心发展的人才培养模式。在幼儿教育男教师入职后,加强组织领导责任落实,制订切实可行的男教师队伍建设规划,建立健全有效的男教师队伍管理与服务机制,切实保证男教师队伍建设的必要条件投入。
With the investigation of children's parents, heads of kindergartens, male kindergarten teachers and male university students of preschool education major, this paper analyzes the problems of male preschool teachers at their early entry and discovers their psychological states. New management strategies are proposed to help the male preschool teachers adapt to the work, including making innovations of recruiting methods, course an'angement, teaching organization and practical ability cultivation. New cultivation model should meet the needs of kindergar tens and suit the physical and mental development of male preschool education majors. After the entry of male preschool teachers, the employers should strengthen the responsibility implementation of the organizing and leading, formulate practical schemes for male preschool teachers, estab hsh effective management and service mechanism and guarantee the necessary investments of the team building of male preschool teachers.
