摘要
实施数学课堂教学,新老教师在教学意识、教学语言、教学过程、教学反思等维度有明显的差异。为尽快消除数学新教师与老教师之间的差异,广大中小学要搭建平台,切实增强"青蓝工程"、"师徒结对"等工作的实效性,引领实践共同体通过有效的互动获得专业发展。数学新教师要增强学习的主动性、积极性,在虚心向学中寻求自我的有效发展。数学新教师要善于把功夫下在课堂外,使成果出在课堂上。要用"心"研究教学,勤于反思,通过MPCK的学习与积累获得良好的数学教学智能和可持续的专业发展。
In classroom teaching, there are evident difference between new and expert mathematics teachers in teaching ideas, teaching lan guage,teaching process, and teaching rdlection. In order to eliminate all those differences as soon as possible, primary and middle schools should make new mathematics teachers be mature at a faster pace, take the work of Blue Project into effectiveneas. In particular, new math ematics teachers should learn actively from expert teachers,learn up in classroom while making their effort on extra curricular. Based on the deep research by using their heart, new mathematics teachers should pay attention to the retlection of teaching and learning which will lead to the sustainable professional development.
