摘要 课例研究作为一种新颖、简单、实用的校本教学研究方式已在很多地区推广。课例研究是实现以课论教、以学论教的捷径,有利于激发教师研究课标、教材的兴趣,是教师专业化发展的助推器。课例研究的实施步骤为:筹建课例研究小组—确立研究主题,选定研究课例—小组分工并制定课例研究量表—课堂展示和观察—聚焦课堂研讨—撰写课例研究报告。 As a new,simple and practical method of the school based teaching research,lesson study has been popularized in many ar eas. Lesson study is a shortcut to realize the theories of teaching through class teaching and learning. It is very helpful to arouse teachers' imer est in researching curriculum standard and textbooks and is of an assistor of teachers' professional development. The steps of lesson study are: setting up a group of lesson study, choosing research topics and lessons,determine the members' roles in the study,making research inventory, displaying class teaching and observing, foensing on class discussion, writing report of lesson study.
