法院是国家对社会进行管理的重要机关,社会管理创新是对包括法院在内的各类国家机关的要求。在社会管理创新中,人民法院应当坚持审判职能不变,努力实现司法公正和提高司法效率,稳定社会关系。但人民法院不能仅限于审判职能,而应当积极拓展和延伸审判职能,通过强化司法为民,实现能动司法,加强审判管理等来积极实现社会管理创新。通过在社会管理中坚持和创新的良好把握,人民法院才不至在社会管理创新中迷失方向。

The court is an important state organ in social management,while the innovation in social management is a demand for various state organs including the court.In terms of social management innovations,the people＇s court should adhere to its judicial function,strive to achieve judicial justice and improve judicial efficiency so as to stabilize social relations.However,instead of confining itself to the judicial function,the people＇s court should actively expand and extend its judicial function to achieve positive social management innovations by strengthening justice for the people,enforcing active judiciary and enhancing trial management.It is through a good grasp of persistence and innovation in social management can the people＇s court march along in the right direction in social management innovations.
