高校辅导员网络平台运用实效性的提升策略

On Improving the Effectiveness of Using the Network Platform by University Counselors

随着互联网高速发展,网络媒体因其资源丰富、交流便捷,成为大学生获取信息、分享生活、沟通交流的主要平台。大学生网络生活的常态化对高校辅导员网络平台综合运用能力提出了全新的要求。文章通过对华东师范大学辅导员工作中的网络平台运用情况进行调研,分析辅导员工作中网络平台运用存在的问题,并结合工作实际对提升高校辅导员工作中的网络平台运用实效性提出一些可行性对策。

With the rapid development of the Internet,the network medium has become the platform for college students to get access to information,share their life and communicate with each other because of its rich resources and convenience in exchanges.The normalization of college students using the network has raised new demands on the counselors＇ ability to comprehensively apply the network platform.By surveying the use of the network platform by counselors in East China Normal University,this paper attempts to analyze existing problems in the use of the network platform by counselors and propose some feasible countermeasures for counselors to enhance their effectiveness of using the network platform in line with the work practice.
