Experience of treating mimic convulsion with head acupuncture, body acupuncture and auricular needle

目的:探讨头针、体针、耳针综合治疗面肌痉挛的临床效果。方法:152例患者根据不同的临床表征分为风邪袭络型和虚风内动型两种类型,其中风邪袭络型84例,虚风内动型68例,不同的病症给予不同的治疗。结果:风邪袭络型52例被治愈,24例有效,其余8例无效。虚风内动型36例被治愈,19例有效,其余13例无效。结论:头针、体针、耳针综合治疗面肌痉挛的临床效果良好。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of head acupuncture, body acupuncture and auricular needle on mimic convulsion. Methods： 152 patients were divided into two groups based on different symptoms and signs, 84 in the Fengxie Xiluo group and Xufeng Neidong group. And they were given different treatment according to their symptoms. Results： In the Fengxie Xiluo group, 52 cases were cured, 24 cases were effective and 8 cases were invalid, while in the Xufeng Neidong group, 36 cases were cured, 19 cases were effective and 13 cases were invalid. Conclusion： Head acupuncture, body acupuncture and auricular needle had reasonable effect on mimic convulsion.
