“下病上取”针刺治疗65例足病的临床应用

Clinical application of acupuncture treatment based on the theory “Xiabing Shangqu” to treat 65 cases of pedopathy

踝关节扭伤、跟痛症、痛风性关节炎是针灸科常见的足部疾病,笔者结合经络循行与现代解剖学知识,以理论指导实践,在针灸治疗疾病的过程中采用"下病上取"的治疗原则辨证选穴,取得了显著的疗效。

Ankle sprains, calcaneodynia and gouty arthritis are the common foot diseases in acupuncture department. The author took into practice under the theories of meridian circulation and modem anatomy knowledge. The principle of ＂Xiabing Shangqu＂ was adopted during the process of acupuncture treatment on the diseases, which achieves significant results.
