中西医结合治疗儿童过敏性紫癜108例临床分析

Clinical analysis on treating 108 cases of infantile Schonlein-Henoch syndrome in the integrative medicine

目的:研究采用中西医结合的方法治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法:回顾分析我院213例儿童过敏性紫癜患者的临床资料,按照患者不同治疗方法分为研究组和对照组,研究组为中西医结合治疗,对照组为单纯西药治疗。结果:研究组患者的治疗有效率远高于对照组,P<0.05,患者的皮疹、消化道、关节肿痛等消退时间较短,且在治疗过程中没有出现严重不良反应,患者的并发症情况与对照组无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:儿童过敏性紫癜在治疗中可以优先选用中西医结合的方法进行治疗,提升患者的临床效果,具有较强的临床实用意义。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on infantile Schonlein-Henoch syndrome. Methods： The clinical data of 213 infants was retrospectively analyzed and they were randomly divided into two groups according to different therapies. The control group was given simple modem medicine, while the treated group was the integrative medicine. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group, but there were no significant differences in complications in both groups. No adverse effects were detected during the treatment. Conclusion： The integrative medicine therapy had significant effect on infantile Schonlein-Henoch syndrome.
