摘要 介绍了作为陶瓷材料和半导体材料的TiO2的光催化作用的应用研究的事 例,并简单介绍了 TiO2薄膜的几种制备方法。 The effects of photocatalysis and the applications of TiO2, as well as the preparations of TiO2 films were introdeced in this paper.
