摘要
采用熔炼–粉碎法制备了N型赝三元热电合金粉末,加入不同质量比的碳纤维用冷压烧结法制备了样品测量,结果表明:样品的电导率和热导率随碳纤维质量分数的增加而增大.而温差电动势率随质量分数的增加而减小.但机械性能显著增大,降低了材料在实际生产和制作器件中的损耗.
The thermoelectric allyoy powders of N tuns ternary are prepared by meltcrushing method. The samples added to different mass ratio of carbon fiber in alloy powders are prepared by cold press sintering. The results show the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of samples increase with the increas of mass fraction of carbon fiber. But the thermoe lectromotive force ratio decrease with the increase of mass fraction of carton fiber. And the mechanical properties increase, which reduces the loss of materials in actual priduction.
