摘要
高温除尘是 IGCC和 PFBC-CG等先进燃煤联合循环发电系统的关键技术之一,目前尚未取得突破性进展。移动颗粒层过滤除尘被认为是具有发展前途的高温除尘技术之一。研究温度等因素对移动颗粒层过滤高温除尘性能的影响规律,首次提出温度与捕集比的理论关系式,并进行了实验验证,得到了移动颗粒层在高温状态下进行过滤除尘的实验结果,为移动颗粒层过滤高温除尘工艺的放大和工程化打下基础。
Hot gas cleanup is an important aspect of technology improvement for efficiency of IGCC and PFBC - CC systems, but it is not commercialized. This paper discusses on the moving granular bed filter that may be one of the greatest potential hot dust removal technologies. In the paper, the effect of temperature on the characteristic of the moving granular bed filter for high temperature dust removal was studied, and a formula of temperature versus dust removal efficiency was found. The test indicated that the curves from the formula are similar with the experimental curves. The research provides a basis for the moving granular bed filter used for hot gas cleanup.
