摘要 从实验、理论及应用三方面研究了θ法修正方程在 10CrMo910钢蠕变寿命评估中的应用。研究结果表明,用θ法修正方程对10CrMo910钢蠕变断裂性能数据进行处理效果较好;热力学理论研究阐述了θ法修正方程中三参数与应力及激活能的关系,指出可用短时高应力下的蠕变试验数据来确定低应力下的长期蠕变曲线;运用该方法对发电厂主汽管道的剩余寿命进行评估,实践证明其结果与传统法结果及管道实际蠕胀状况相吻合。此外,通过该方法还可描述管道在实际运行状态下的变形量与时间的关系曲线,从而为管道蠕胀测量工作提供了理论依据。 The experimental and theoretical study on the application of the modified θ projection equation to the remaining creep life assessment of 10 CrMo910 steel show that the predicted creep curves by modified θ Projection equation are in a good agreement with the tested creep deformation data. The thermodynamics theory has been used to clarify the relationship among the 3 parameters in the equation, the applied stress and activation energy. It indicated that the tested creep data at high stress could be applied to extrapolate the creep curve at low stress.The predicted Creep strain of the main steam pipe in Niangziguan power plant was in good agreement with its actual strain. The equation could also describe the relationship of actual deformation versus the service time. This could provide the theoretical basis for the pipe deformation monitoring.
