如何激发员工的积极性一直是组织行为学领域研究的重要课题,而积极组织行为学的兴起为员工积极性的研究提供了一种新的视角。本文在积极组织行为学视野下,探讨积极组织行为学对激发员工积极性的管理启示与应用建议。
How to stimulate the positivity of the employee is always an important research subject in the field of organizational behavior. Influencing by traditional organizational behavior, the researches and applications of employee positivity are mostly carried out from the negative orientation, that have many negative effects on long- term development of enterprises and employees.While, the rising of positive organizational behavior provides a new perspective for emploee positivity study. This artical based on the perspective of positive organizational behavior,discusses the managerial inspirations and applicational suggestions of positive organizational behavior to stimulate the positivity of employee.
