摘要
目的:比较平台转换和平齐对接两种种植体-基台连接方式在固定修复时对种植体边缘骨吸收量的影响。方法:95例患者,其中41例患者植入平台转换种植体53枚,54例患者植入平齐对接种植体88枚。在种植体植入当天、上部结构完成时、功能负载6个月和功能负载12个月时,四个时间点拍摄X线片,测量种植体边缘骨吸收量。SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:在种植体植入当天,上部结构完成时,功能负载6个月和12个月时,平台转换种植体和平齐对接种植体边缘骨吸收量分别为(0.00±0.00)、(0.08±0.04)、(0.24±0.16)、(0.36±0.19)mm和(0.00±0.01)、(0.18±0.12)、(0.65±0.38)、(0.79±0.41)mm。两组骨吸收量经检验存在差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:平台转换种植体在减少种植体边缘骨吸收方面比平齐对接种植体有明显优势。
Objective: To compare the influence of platform switching implant and butt-joint implant of fixed prostheses on the marginal bone loss. Method: Among the 95 cases, 41cases received 53 platform switching implants and 54 cases received 88 platform switching implants. The marginal bone loss was measured on radiograph at the time of implant placement, prosthesis placement, 6 months after loading and 12 months after loading. Result: At the time of implant placement, prosthesis placement, 6 months after loading and 12 months after loading, the mean marginal bone loss of platform switching implant and butt-joint implant were(0.00± 0.00), (0.08± 0.04),(0.24± 0.16), (0.36± 0.19)mm and (0.00± 0.01), (0.18± 0.12), (0.65± 0.38), (0.79± 0.41)mm, respectively. There were significant differences between two groups(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Platform switching implant was proved to have the significant advantages for reducing marginal bone loss comparing to butt-joint implant.
