咽舒喷雾剂的制备和质量标准研究

Study of Preparation and Quality Standards of Throat Spray

目的:探讨咽舒喷雾剂的制备与质量标准。方法:采用水提醇沉同步提取挥发油、黄芩后下法等提取工艺,提取有效部位;薄层色谱法进行山豆根、黄芩等7味药材的定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定黄芩苷含量。结果:咽舒喷雾剂质量稳定,薄层色谱法定性鉴别可行,高效液相色谱法测定其黄芩苷含量准确、重现性强。结论:咽舒喷雾剂制备工艺合理,质量标准准确可行。

Objective： Discuss the preparation and quality standards of throat spray.Methods： With water extraction and alcohol heavy process,extracting effective parts;TLC for seven kinds of medicinal qualitative discrimination;HPLC for baicalin content.Rresult： throat spray has stable quality,TLC identify possible,HPLC method to determine the content of its baicalin accurate,strong reproducibility.Conclusion： The easy preparation technology was spray reasonable,quality standard accurate feasible.
