摘要
我国卫生管理专业研究生教育始于20世纪80年代初,相对于国外虽起步晚、基础差,但发展迅速,近十年多来更是有了长足的进步,卫生管理专业研究生教育已成为培养职业化高级卫生管理人才的主要途径。随着我国医药卫生改革的深化和医学模式的转变,我国卫生管理专业研究生教育正面临着与社会经济发展和医药卫生改革需求不相适应等问题,卫生管理专业研究生教育改革势在必行。
Postgraduate education for health administration in China dates back to the 1980s.Although it had a late start and weak foundation compared with many other countries,it has achieved rapid development in training high-level health administration professionals.Currently,with the deepening transformation of health care and medical services,postgraduate education for health administration has fallen behind social and economic development.It is high time to undertake a reform in postgraduate health administration education.
