A Review of Overseas Training Models of Master’s Programs and Their Enlightenment

随着我国硕士研究生培养规模的增长和社会对高层次应用型人才需求的增加,对硕士研究生培养模式提出了改革的需求,在分析研究生教育历史悠久的欧美等国各具特色的研究生培养机制的基础上,结合我国经济社会发展对研究生教育的实际需求,提出了我国硕士研究生培养模式改革的思路和途径。

With the increasing number of master’s students and social demand for high-level professionals,China’s postgraduate training model needs to be reformed.An analysis is presented on the postgraduate training models in the U.K.,U.S.A.,Russia and France.According to our own social and economic needs,recommendations are offered for a comprehensive reform in China’s postgraduate training model.
