随着水利事业的全面推进和电子信息技术、网络技术、图像处理等技术的迅速发展,特别是为了实现酒泉市灌区治理开发和管理现代化的需要,该文以甘肃省金塔县鼎新灌区农业用水总量控制与定额管理为目标,以灌区量水自动监控系统的设计要求为对象,以灌区视频监视系统所达目的为依据,结合和应用当前先进的视频监视技术,提出了鼎新灌区量水自动监控系统中视频监视系统的设计,为灌区视频监视系统的实效设计提供了依据和参考。
