从概念、分类(或内容)、性质、价值取向、保障机制和立法进展等方面对信息权利和知识产权进行比较分析,明晰二者的异同,并呼唤信息权利意识,提出通过法律、制度、道德、伦理等层面来保障信息权利。
The paper compares information rights and intellectual property rights from concept,classification（or content）,nature,values,safeguard mechanism and respective legislations.By comparing their similarities and differences,it calls upon the consciousness of information rights,and suggests using law,system,and ethic to protect information rights.
