摘要
指出目前的图书馆用户满意度评价体系不适用于用户文化素质参差不齐的汽车流动图书馆。基于中山市汽车流动图书馆用户满意度的实证分析,探讨了汽车流动图书馆用户满意度评价指标体系和评价方法,为汽车流动图书馆进行用户满意度评价提供参考借鉴。
The paper points out that existing user satisfaction evaluation system for library is not suitable to automobile library which users are with uneven cultural qualities.Basing on empirical analysis of user satisfaction of Zhongshan City Mobile Library,it discusses user satisfaction evaluation index system and evaluation methodology for automobile library,so as to provide reference for user satisfaction evaluation of automobile library.
