在简述知识管理与企业危机管理的概念及关系的基础上,着重阐述知识获取在企业危机识别、危机预控、危机处理、危机恢复和危机学习5个危机管理阶段的作用机制。

The paper gives a brief introduction to the concepts and their relationship of knowledge management and enterprise crisis management,and emphatically expounds the role of knowledge acquisition in the five stages of crisis management： enterprise crisis identification,crisis pre-control,crisis handling,crisis recovery and crisis learning.
