认为云计算以其高效的存储、处理及虚拟化的特点,将对信息资源集成与共享产生巨大影响。基于云计算技术,构建虚拟企业信息资源集成模型,分析其应用优势,并对虚拟企业如何利用该模型开展信息资源集成给出建议,即根据自身实际需求、遵循相关标准体系、注意隐私和安全隐患。

The paper thinks that cloud computing,with characteristics of efficient storage,processing and virtualization,will exert great influence on information resource integration and sharing,.Basing on cloud computing technology,it constructs an information resource integration model of virtual enterprise,analyzes application advantages of this model,and gives some suggestion on how to use this model in virtual enterprise information resources integration,including to accord with enterprise’s practical demand,to follow relevant standard system and to pay attention to issues of privacy and security.
