印象管理是组织管理的重要手段。高校图书馆实施印象管理有利于其新形象的塑造。可通过建立图书馆职业准入制度、树立馆员素质形象,做好服务文章、树立馆员有为形象,强化内部管理、提升馆员队伍形象,加大宣传展示力度、改变馆员刻板形象,重视服务补救、主动修复消极形象等途径来实现。

Impression management is an important means of organization management.The paper considers that university library’s implementing impression management will be beneficial to shape its new image.There are some specific ways to implement impression management in university library,such as establishing library professional access system to build quality image of librarian,doing good service to build capable image of librarian,strengthening internal management to enhance team image of librarian,increasing publicity to change mechanical image of librarian,and emphasizing service recovery to actively repair negative impression.
