黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎一例

摘要黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎（xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis，XGP）患者常常表现为腰痛、肾区肿块、发热、贫血、脓尿、血沉快等，同时多伴有结石和。肾功能受损。因其临床表现多样，常被误诊为肾脓肿、肾结核、肾结石、肾肿瘤等。我院曾救治1例XGP患者，现报道如下。
