通过采用C#与Google Map API技术创建WinForm程序,结合集体林森林资源资料,实现对森林资源资料的可视化管理。遥感影像数据对于基层林业管理部门来说是遥不可及的,其最主要原因是费用昂贵,但是Google公司提供了免费的地图服务,我们可以借助其实现所辖范围内森林资源小班的影像定位,为有效的掌握林地情况提供了一个新的途径。

In this paper, by using C# and Google Map API technology to create WinForm program, combined with data of the collective forest resources, to realize the visualization of forest resources information management. It is unreachable that basic level forestry management department buy the remote sensing image data, the main reason is the purchase of expensive, but Google company offers a free map service, we can use the free map service, implementation under the jurisdiction of the forest resources image positioning, provides a new way for effective control of woodland.
