Research on Feasibility Measures of Forest Industry Economy Development in Heilongjiang Province

林业发展在经济、社会及生态层面均具有重要意义。国家政策的支持使当前林业发展面临难得机遇,作为林业大省,黑龙江省的林业建设对全省乃至全国生态建设和林业产业建设都具有重要意义。在具有比较优势的同时,黑龙江省的林业建设仍存在若干问题,应从推进天保工程实施、规模化经营及森林资源保护等方面加以解决和改善。

Forest development is significant to economics, society and ecology. National policies＇ support provides a great opportunity to forest industry. As a province which is rich in forest, the forestry construction stands an important position to both Heilongjiang and the whole country. Although Heilongjiang has several comparative advantages, there still exist some problems in forestry construction of this province. Implementing Natural Forest Protect Project, developing scale operation, protecting forest resources and other measures should be taken so as to improve the forestry construction.
